We are the bridge between clients and the team, and a key link between brand trust and results. A client success manager is not just a point of contact but a strategic partner: from understanding needs and analysing data to moving projects forward, we spot problems early, propose solutions, and help brands go further with more confidence. We don’t just respond to briefs; we build a working rhythm that lasts.
From the team
Account manager – Michelle
My day-to-day includes discussing needs with clients, planning media strategy, tracking performance data and continually optimising results.
The pace is fast, but seeing market changes and consumer trends through every proposal and campaign is very rewarding. This job is not just about helping brands get exposure; it is about growing alongside them and seeing what the future could hold. It is well worth the effort.

A client success manager is not just the one who receives the ball. We organise the attack, read the rhythm of the game, and even step in at key moments to move the client’s goals forward together.
We are more like a Tinker Bell tailored to each client: quiet and small, but always there to point out which way the wind is blowing and light the way before a problem arises, and quick to step in and help solve it when one does. Sometimes we simply stay alongside, understand what the client is thinking, and offer the advice and actions they really need.
We don’t wait for a brief before we move. We work with the internal team to keep uncovering needs, analysing data and keeping up with the market, then turn those insights into strategies and actions that can be put into practice. This takes sharp observation and careful understanding, as well as the ability to bring complex information together and simplify how we communicate, so that the team and the client stand on the same side and move in the right direction.
In the end, what I do is not “respond to requests” but build a rhythm that turns collaboration into trust.
And through this work, I am gradually becoming someone who can lead, think deeply and respond quickly.
Five years into the industry, I’m still honing my skills, and I hope to become a Tinker Bell every client can rely on.

Every day is a puzzle, and we solve each level as a team
“A new challenge every day” just about sums up daily life at CloudAD. Like a player working through level after level in a game, we always have to find the fastest and most effective solution straight away, and that is what makes this job so engaging.
Sometimes I’m defusing a bomb for a client, sometimes helping clarify the direction, and occasionally doubling as a counsellor (yes, managing emotions is probably part of the KPI too). But because of this, I have learnt to look at things from different angles and to pull out clear priorities from chaos. At CloudAD, there is enough freedom and trust that I feel able to try different approaches, and I’m more willing to dig into the real needs and pain points behind each problem.
We rely on each other’s expertise to support one another and fill the gaps. When you are surrounded by people who are willing to communicate and happy to share, even the strangest problems ahead feel less daunting, and you want to keep playing. There will probably be no shortage of hard problems in future, but luckily there will always be someone to clear the level with you. That is what makes CloudAD so reassuring.

Conclusion
Working between noise and demands takes more than resilience. It also takes observation, quick reactions, and a little luck in having great teammates. One level is cleared and another begins, but we are getting better at moving forward steadily at our own pace.
If you ask what CloudAD’s account managers are busy with, we’ll smile and say: defusing bombs, drawing maps and pushing missions forward, and then saying, “On to the next challenge.”
