Someone asks another question. Someone admits they are not sure. Someone catches the detail that almost slips through. Culture lives in moments like these.
The five cards below are habits we practise every day. Open one to see what it looks like in real work.
HABIT 01 / ASK ONE MORE QUESTION

A clear question now saves rework later.

HABIT 02 / SAY IT OUT LOUD

Being an expert does not mean knowing everything. Saying “I do not follow yet” in a meeting gives everyone a chance to make things clearer.
The person who speaks up first often saves everyone time.

We count learning time as part of the work.
